Do I have to be a member of a gym to join?

Not at all! We have designed this for everyone and anyone.

Where can I find your menu?

The menu can be found under the MENU tab.

Can I choose my meals?

We offer a set menu of delicious meals that everyone on the program receives. Each meal is nutritionally designed for your optimal health, so while you cannot choose your own menu, we guarantee that you and your body will benefit from each and every dish. View our menu under MENU tab.

Can you accommodate food allergies/ingredient preference?

We are not able to accommodate food allergies or ingredient preferences with our meal programs, however all of our meals can be made as Fish Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. Please note - we do not recommend our meal programs to anyone with a severe allergy as we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination within our facility or from our vendors.

Where can I find the nutritional information?

All nutritional information will uploaded to our website. Please use the QR code on the meal labels to access it.

What if I don't eat certain foods?

We cater to most dietary requirements; Fish Free, Vegan, Vegetarian. We do however use generic labels on all our meals, so for example if the original meal on the menu is "Salmon Poke Bowl", your Fish Free order will have the same label, but the source of protein will be different.

When do orders need to be in by?

All orders need to be placed by Sunday 12am for the following week.

How does the delivery work?

To make it as simple as possible, your meals for one week is delivered in one go - so every week you get a new delivery of freshly made meals. Please leave the box and ice packs outside your door for the following delivery to support our contributing to a greener Earth.

Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Our delivery boxes are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery - this is ok! That means the ice packs are doing their job. All deliveries are made within a 6 hour window after leaving our refrigerated facility. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible.

What do I do with the packaging and ice packs in my delivery?

Please leave the box and the ice packs outside for your next delivery.

What are the delivery times?

All deliveries are delivered to your home each Saturday and Sunday (depending on your ares) between 8am and 8pm.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you are not home when a delivery is made, our shipping carriers or delivery partners may leave your order at your doorstep or with your doorman, depending on your area. You may be able to provide additional delivery instructions (e.g., leaving the delivery at the back door). Please note that while our carriers will do their best to honour these special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from these requests.

How to heat the meals

For microwaves, place the meal in the middle of the microwave. Both, the meal tray and film are microwave safe. Pierce the heat-proof film. Heat for approximately 3 minutes. Continue to heat and check on it in 2-minute intervals until the desired temperature is achieved. For ovens please reheat the oven to 180C degrees and place the meal in the centre of the oven. Pierce the heat-proof film.

Are the trays recyclable?

Yes! We care about our environment and are always making sure that everything we use is eco-friendly and recyclable.
